Yes it will work...but I suggest one upgrade to make your video experience as smooth as possible. Upgrade the netbook to 2 Gigs of ram instead of just having one (Intel Atom N450 RAM 1GB).
Having 1Gb will still work but 2 will make everything work with ease.
