BESSEMER CITY family members worried so much about two years, they say Lanham Addison repeatedly warned the Department of Social Services that she was in danger - living with drug addicts and convicted sex offenders.
Addison's mother, Shanna Lanham, 32, and her boyfriend of the wife of Jason Wells, 33, were charged this week with manslaughter, child abuse crime, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Addison died July 21 at Gaston Memorial Hospital. Police said an autopsy showed the toddler died from sepsis, a bloodstream infection.Gaston County Police say the daughter of Gaston County also had a broken leg and had not received medical care.

Sounds like either loose ground connections somewhere or bad electrolytic caps in the preamp. I'm sure indianajo will chime in here with all the technical stuff about changing the caps. I haven't replaced any caps in my organs yet, but it's looking like that might be the case with my A100 pretty soon, it's starting to hum more but I think it's in the power amp. You could have a bad ground, but in a CV the dried out electrolytic cap is in the leslie. None in the organ. The 400 VDC comes over from the Leslie. Date is YYWW, before 90WW change it....
