A: Yes this is a good tv, depending on your use. This tv is 60hz which is fine if your just going to watch cable and not blu ray or anything hd. If you do plan to watch blu ray then I would buy the same tv but 120hz. If the motion blur does not bother you then definitely this is a perfect tv. Some other good brands are Samsung, and Sony.

A: Sounding good is all about the frequency range of the speaker. You gave a good spec list, but they only tell you a "so called" range. (55-20khz) What they are forgetting, or whats missing is the amount of power difference it takes to reachest the highest, and lowest values. Usually it would look like this 55-20khz +3db, or +6db. 3 is double
